S&S 1.4.2 - Donator Build v1

Today, we'll have a new donator build!
This Build includes the first iteration of 1.4.2 (and Maybe 1.5), as it includes:
- Goldenflare (a New State that was anteriorly part of Cheyenne)
- Chestone (Also a new state, anteriorly part of Prairie)
- Northwest and Central Cordillera
- Rainier Archipleago
- Statue of Liberty in Liberty City
- Windy Bay (anteriorly know as Midway, as seen in GTA Underground)
How to Install:
- Paste it over Public Snapshot 1.4 or Donator 1.4.1
