Hello everyone,
A few words about the next update. This time, there will (finally) be enough content to reach the 150 PP and the second tier of the tree, meaning that yes, there will be some watersports scenes in the game.
We've worked on polishing stuff like the Memory menu and the Spanking Mini-Game menu as well (we still have some more polishing but I wanted something that isn't just the choice menu of RPG Maker.) My last post before the release will probably show you the improvements about the spanking mini-game so I keep that for next time.
Other than that, we've added a third page to the status screen: the NPC Accessories screen.
Can't be more precise, this page is exactly what it sounds. When you'll reach a certain point with an NPC, they'll get unlocked in that page. And once they are you'll be able to unlock their accessory triggering with the skill tree.
As you can see, things are way easier for the player when it's about removing an accessory the character already have. And in the case of Emiri, you won't have to bother trying to search for the accessories she might wear. For now, it'll be only about removing her colored strand or her Jewelry.
It's not a secret, I've already mentionned it in the past, but the second NPC you'll interract with is going to be Akiko.
And that leads me to making a point on the current state of things. I'm reaching a point where things are becoming pretty tricky in terms of story progression. Emiri, Keizo and Akiko content are ALL locked being scenes that aren't in the game because they aren't even drawn yet. The art part is VERY slow, and I don't really want to add 50 scenes with the same 3 base images recycled over and over again. So while I'll deliver an update this month and next month as promised, I'll probably be forced to "take a break" from SoVR to give some buffering time to the artists :/ That doesn't mean I won't work, that means that (and I know some people are going to hate that) I'll have to work on something else. I'll give you a better update at the end of the month about this whole ordeal. I COULD take 2 months to release the next update, that would give artists said buffer, but then the problem would be me. I wouldn't have enough content to work on and I'd spend days doing nothing, so I'd rather work on a side-dish.
Anyway, for now, there will be an update for SoVR. There will be watersports, so everyone should be happy :p
I'll see you next week for the post about the spanking mini-game!
See ya o/
