Merry Christmas, Ho Ho Ho!

Hello everyone!

I hope you're spending a good time with your family (eating many good things :p).

On my side I've been preparing a small gift to you.

The amount of work needed for the v0.1 of SoS is huge and we're going to be late no matter what x) As such, I took some time to prepare you that small gift:



It's not a picture (well, it is. I mean the gift isn't the picture), it's a game :x

Don't get your hopes up. It's something very short, and that you should consider as an pre-alpha version cause there are still a lot of things to work on, but it works. It's supposed to be a game for smartphones but we ran into many problems for the export (it's much more complicated than it seems) so for now, we're releasing it on PC and Mac.

What is Slice of School Extra Lessons? Well it's simple, it's a small side game that will focus on Karen, the colleague of Slice of School's MC. It's a VN combined with Match-3 gameplay. And before you start building a pilory or a head crusher to kill me, I'd like to mention that despite us implementing losing conditions, we didn't manage to lose a single time. The way things are designed now makes it virtually impossible to lose.

Art-wise, you can FINALLY appreciate JFC's art in his own game! The whole game will be designed by him. That's one of the reason that makes the game development possible at the same time than Slice of School :)

That being said, it remains a side project. JFC works at his own pace and I'll create updates when I have enough time for it. So consider it like a little treat rather than a 3rd project. I don't plan on pushing back TH2 or SoS for Extra Lessons. The next update will come when it'll come.

Anyway, for now, have fun with that small version. It contains a single scene (the content of it will be VERY obvious throughout the game so if it's not of your taste, you can close the game before the scene starts (the game ends at the end of the H scene.)

I just wanted to pull this game out for Christmas as a thank for all of you who made the effort to keep supporting me even after the Patreon shitstorm and are still doing so in those times of witch hunt.
