I'm coming in just under the wire with this character, having promised 2 new characters this month instead of one. The real goal was to have a full 24-image pinup slideshow of her waiting for you. I'll have that up here by Thursday.

I ended up spending most of the day working on Alma. I wanted to get her feet sculpt as perfect as possible, but I put extra time and TLC into her A$$. There will be a lot of focus on it (and Gemma's) in the upcoming love scene. That's if nobody minds of course ;).

I ran into a real wall with he hair. It only had one bone for posing. Not acceptable. I had bought an old DAZ tutorial on how to rig and weight paint hair in DAZ but it was complete garbage. Grok was able to work out a procedure that was easy enough for me to remember going fdorward, so that's another skillset added to my wheelhouse. Her hair poses beautifully now with three bones.

Speaking of hunters, I spent a lot of Black Friday hunting for deals, and finding them. I bought so many assets from DAZ Studio (over 40). What would have cost $1200 cost em around $300. This is the only day that DAZ has across-the board sales, and unlike many companes, 80% discounts are not uncommon. I bought so many new characters, along with a number of new sets, hair assets, and lingerie.

I also picked up 3D Coat: an extremely powerful, texture making, retopology and sculpting program that exceeded Blender and Adobe in those categories. It was on sale and has been on my radar for over a year. I'll be entering into 2026 fully equipped with powerful tools for making my best content.

The only disappointment was the lack of a sale on the MOCAP solution I am eyeing. I'll check in on it Monday.
