Noxus Skin Concept

This week we wanted to show progress on new skins for another one of our first myths, and present Magician Noxus! This skin will be a Tier 3 skin, meaning it will be an updated model, a Major VFX Overhaul to match the theme of the skin, as well as some updated animations (Pulling a Rabbit out of a hat)!
We are hard at work turning these amazing concepts from the art team into a reality! In the future, we'll be showing you concepts from myths you know and love, to the myths you don't!
