Hello Everyone!

This month’s winner is merphistophelin from Monster Hunter Online! This CR 24 monster is a bit of a mixture of Fatalis (but the original Fatalis, not MHW Fatalis) and Alatreon. It can change forms like alatreon, but I went closer to a Risen style mechanic for it- having it switch forms every turn. I left room for its CR 30 variant in the future, and overall I am happy with how it turned out.

In the .Zip attached, you will find a PDF for the merphistophelin and a token used for online play. Within the PDF you will find its stat block and loot table that is usable with the rule set found within Amellwind's Guide to Monster Hunting located in the description of this Patreon page.

Two Page Monster Hunt: Cinders on the Wind

In this month's hunt we are back to the CR 1-5 range once again! The good news is, with the very soon to be released MHMM Update (which is currently 621 pages) we have a larger selection of monsters to choose from. In this hunt a group of 3rd level hunters head out to the Windward Plains hunting grounds (Use the Ancestral Steppes map) to hunt down a Quematrice that is burning down the area. In the .pdf attachment below, you will find the hunt with a link to the verdant hills map.
