Frontier+ Monster: Toridcless (The one you actually voted for)

Hello Everyone,

It was brought to my attention when I released Lolo and Ray gougarf that they actually didn't win this month's poll because I didn't scroll down far enough in my poll or misremembered who won and that is my mistake. So to correct that, here is this month’s actual winner, the toridcless.

The toridcless is a CR 12 monster putting it above the astalos a bit while filling in a Challenge Rating where the other only lightning based monster is the kirin. The tordicless is an interesting monster with the ability to charge up in the video game, but it basically does that as soon as the fight starts, so I decided to exclude that mechanic on the stat block. This monster was probably some of the inspiration for the astalos when it was created. It can fire and call down lightning. Its able to paralyze with the feathers it tosses out, simliar to viper-tobi and the quills on its its tail and like the gypceros, it can flangbang the entire party.

It has a versatile toolkit and I think you will enjoy running it, though depending on how rolls go, the party may not. My apologies again about mixing up who won, and expect the poll out next month like normal.
