The Korgin (Happy April Fools)

Be advised: the Guild has received confirmed sightings of a new hybrid anomaly believed to be the work of the Helix Commission. Dubbed the Korgin, this creature appears at first glance to be a harmless, dog-sized quadruped, do not be deceived. The Korgin has been observed discharging short-range electrical bursts and, in one incident, unleashing a lightning strike that scorched a hunter’s cloak.
As always, creatures born of the Helix Commission’s meddling are not sanctioned by Guild law and should be approached with extreme caution. Whether the Korgin is friend, foe, or something far more unpredictable remains to be seen.

It has been a while since I did something for a holiday and inspiration struck me the other day of mixing a corgi and a Kirin. This little critter is a CR 1/2 small celestial (elder) who has the ability to teleport in a flash of lightning, or fire a lightning bolt from a location of its choosing, much like the Kirin can. Its a fun little creature that only has a capture table.
