[Early Access Only] Monster Hunter Wilds Monster #2 - Rey Dau

After today's live stream I was able to get a look at another Monster Hunter Wilds monster. I also realize giving names isn't really spoiling anything (unless its a subspecies or something like that) as you don't know what they do or what they look like based on its name.
So with today's stream I think I had enough information to create the statblock of this monster in its pre-release version. Its an interesting monster and its CR at 14 helps fill a space in the Monster range that is a little low on options compared to other Challenge ratings.
