MHMM + AGtMH Updated! 2 New Weapons, 3 Weapon Revamps, 2 New Monsters, Artificer Infusion Rules, & more
Added 2022-01-11 21:51:21 +0000 UTCHello Everyone!
I am happy to announce a new update to the Monster Hunter Monster Manual and Amellwind's Guide to Monster Hunting! For both PDFs, there have been a few minor fixes across both PDFs that were corrected thanks to the feedback channel in the patreon discord. Additionally the formatting has been fixed due to the chrome update back in December and more of the major changes below:
MHMM
- Added Tempered Kulu-Ya-Ku
- Added Fey Nerscylla
AgtMH
- All weapons were reworded at higher levels to minimize repeat text, but no actual changes were made unless described in the bullet points below.
- Added Overworld Travel Rules to Chapter 4 using the roles on a hunt
- Revamped Chargeblade
- Removed Chargeblade Mastery Feat due to the above change
- Revamped Switchaxe
- Switchaxe Mastery feat has been adjusted for the new version
- Gunlance has had additional features added and other slight adjustments to make it a bit more tempting to use
- Gunlance Master Feat - Long shells range has been increased
- Updated Hunting Horn Notes wording to make it more clear what each one does.
- Added artificer infusion rules to creating a character rules in chapter 2 (page 32)
- Added rules for a single cosmetic material slot (bottom of page 59)
When I first started typing all of this out it felt like only a little had changed, but in the 24 hours I spent sitting at my desk over the last few days just adding the updates into the manuals, it feels good to release what I have had in early access since before the holidays.
I still have 2 more weapons to make. The Wyvern Boomrang, and a Splint Rapier that I expect to have out as early release weapons by the end of this month. In addition to that I am going to try and release a foundry module for all patrons by the end of the month. I have a lot on my plate, but it is something I believe I can complete still. Then once all of this is finished, I think it will be time to get back to making some more monsters for a while.
Overall I hope you enjoy the new additions and modifications to both manuals and keep an eye out for more updates in the future!

Thank you for the quick reply! I look forward to the new version releasing! Goin to be starting a campaign in late February and would absolutely love to be able to do it all from Roll20. I love everything I've seen from you with this! Great work!

2022-01-31 15:51:07 +0000 UTCThere is, but currently the one available is a patron made one that is outdated by about 3 years now. I used it as a base to update my version of the module (which is up to date), but it is not released to anyone yet as I am using the foundry version to find any last mistakes before releasing it. The old one is available on the patreon discord in the #patron-made channel at the very top. When I provide a .json file for roll20, it will use the same instructions and will be available in the discord as well. I would expect it sometime soon, though I probably won't make by the end of this month. Doing all the extra stuff this month made me a bit slower than I wanted to be on completing the 2 modules.
