First step: photographing a naked woman caught off guard in the water. The second step: taking away her clothes and inviting her to go ashore to continue the infamous photo shoot, but now with dutiful posing (if, of course, she wants to get her clothes back). The third and subsequent steps: dictated by the threat of publication of existing images, including those that show her deliberately and meaningfully posing naked. In fact, blackmail. This is bad, of course. But as part of the punishment for shameless behavior.
