iOS release is finally coming!

Hi everyone,

I have some good news on iOS finally 🎉

What's the status of iOS?

I managed to fix most of the remaining issues, re-implement some features from the ground up and fix a lot of crashes, warnings and other annoying little things.

Last week I released a new Testflight build that you guys have been playing around and it should be working much better (at least it seems so from the reduced amount of crash reports) and most features should now be working. There's still a few things (the broken Twitter button, i know) in some places, but that will mostly be fast to fix. ⚒️

Which means that now there's only a few little things missing and we can finally re-release Charlie, The Steak on iOS. I know it's about 1.5 months later than originally planned, I really want to apologise for the wait. But we're nearly there! 🙏

Next steps

This Sunday I'll be working on Charlie again and I should be able to get a final build out to you guys. If you can test it thoroughly and see if you find any bugs/crashes or other issues before we go to release it, that would be amazing.

If there aren't any major issues, I'll prepare a final release build (and the unlock codes) and upload it to App Store for review. Once the review has passed and if there's no issues found, we'll be able to release it publicly.

Realistically this should happen before the end of October. 📆 I will let you know in another update once I know for certain, so you can get ready to download 😅

What about the code to unlock the game?

If you backed this project here, then once it is released App Store you will also receive a code to unlock the full version of the game for free as promised! 🔓

You will get a message from me here on Patreon with your unique code tied to your identity. I would appreciate if you wouldn't share the code anywhere with anyone (except if you have a sibling or a family member, that's ok to share).

What about Android?

Android work is ongoing, but I have no updates to share from the external developer at this point. As soon as I have something that's shareable, I'll post an update. But we're working on it, thanks to your support.
