There will be no train ride in 0.5v2, but I hope you're looking forward to your next encounter with the mysterious lovely lady.
As expected, my week wasn't nearly as productive as I'd have liked due to my mom's surgery. She is doing fine, thank you all for asking. I'm trying to keep her hopped up on painkillers so that I don't have to wait on her too much. ;)
But that's not to say I am not making significant progress. This week I learned that it appears my animation issues are all fixed, knock on wood. You're going to see some pretty subtle animations early on and then in 0.6 you're likely going to start seeing much more from me on the animation front.
Right now the bottleneck is all posing. The 3090 I bought is absolutely amazing. But posing scenes, getting the characters right, making sure the lighting is right, all take about the same amount of time as before.
I'm still not comfortable offering you a release date yet, but I'm thinking that may change next update.
