For me: Io´s qualities must have carriers taking selfies with him. Everyone loves him. Because if they don´t, they get teleported to the enemy´s fountain.
There are silly builds you can make with io. Link regen + shadow blade or glimmer cape is fun on pubs. Bottle, tango heals, pots..
Casting the spirits, waiting, teleporting then stacking with more spirits is cool too.

natural Rapier carrier since he can die bb then relocate in to get it back to die again? Also With heart its a never die situation for your carry. My favourite aspect of Wisp is the poorest person in game logic where you always die cause of the save relocate and all that jazz
