2023-09-17 05:54:39 +0000 UTCHey Bryce! Each pass has a posture that is conducive to it! It’s all about weight distribution. When the lower lumber is curved (you are pushing your but out trying to look thick lol) this helps lean weight through your chest and is good for toreandos as you need weight through your arms. When you curve your lower lumber (c spine) this sinks your weight into your hips which is good for leg drags.
