6mm thick, with 4mm clearance between fan and grill.
Use regular self tapping screws like used on computers.
I use this on my printer PSU, and now my fingers don't get sliced!
I use the Arctic 120mm silent model for the ender PSU, as even at full speed it's super quiet and offers plenty of cooling for the PSU (Amazon)
