For a ARRMA 40mmØ motor (62mm long) fan mount used in some remote controlled cars.
dual 4010 and dual 4020 mount
Print should not need any print support.
PETG or better for the clip part, since I assume it's on a hot motor.
Clip itself is 62mm from end to end for 40mmØ ARRMA motor
Overall width is about 84mm
Overall height is about 55mm
Depth from motor surface to front cover is about 28mm for the 4010 model, 38mm for the 4020 model.
Screws for the 4010 fan model:
- 4x M3x16 (to secure the fans to the clip)
- 8x M3x20 (to secure the cover to the clip)
Screws for the 4020 fan model:
- 4x M3x25 (to secure the fans to the clip)
- 8x M3x30 (to secure the cover to the clip)
Thread heat inserts:
- 12x M3 4mm(length) 5mm(diameter)
OR
- 12x M3 4mm(length) 4.6mm(diameter)
