I would highly recommend the ApolloLander instead which does support that combo. https://www.patreon.com/posts/apollolander-and-71090737

I'm intending on running a BMG direct drive extruder with a dragon on a rigid mount. Is there a reason there is no option for this? Or am I missing something.

My first thought is that they raised the relative mounting point position compared to the original ender3v2 and if so try the ducts and crtouch mount from the stock creality hotend folder which are 6mm higher than the spider setup. I'll contact you over discord as it will be easier to figure this out and so that you can share some picture.

Just tested this out with my Ender 3 V2 Neo that has a Creality Spider hot end (as supplied with the Titan extruder kit) - in its current state it does not work. 1. The fan ducts are lower than the nozzle when using the spider hit end. 2. The CRTouch bracket is also too low and would touch the bed even when the prove is retracted. 3. The 5015 slots are slightly too small for standard sunluu 5015 fans. The fans need about an extra 1mm horizontal space and 1.5-2mm in length. 4. The hot end wires have a lot of pressure put on them on the right hand side of the main body where the feed into the cable shaft. I suspect this is related to the unit sitting too low on the hot end. I think the main thing would be to raise the height that the whole unit sits on the hot-end by about 8mm.
