Only Alvida. Her crew will not be permitted. This will be a general rule for the future as well. Robert will pick and choose individuals. I wouldn't mind a bigger crew than the straw hats, but it definitely won't be like Whitebeard and his million children.

Will you take in the trash with the treasure, and thus the extra man power, or only the very best, like Luffy's crew? I personally like the idea of recruiting people like Alvida and other side characters, morals/circumstances permitting.
