Stay at home upper body day
Added 2025-12-11 23:13:32 +0000 UTCMy car is currently not drivable safely and its 30 degrees out so theres no way im riding to the gym on my bike, so with that being said, AT HOME UPPPER BODY DAYYY
This is a mainly back and bicep focused back day that anyone can do, but I also put some elements of shoulder and tricep aswell ^-^
MY WORKOUT ↓
3x10 Bicep Curls
3x10 Shoulder Flys
3x10 Lateral Flys (back focused), esentially bend over more and tuck your shoulders a bit more into your sides
3x10 Rows (i found a random stick and slid weights on it, u can do these 2!)
3x10 Goodmornings (FAVVV ROR LOWER BACK)
3x10 dumbell tricep pulldown
This is awesome for those who cant drive to the gym or dont have enough time, ths takes me roughly 45min to 1 hour and i found some random weights + a stick laying around so you could easily do the same :000
