Stay at home upper body day

My car is currently not drivable safely and its 30 degrees out so theres no way im riding to the gym on my bike, so with that being said, AT HOME UPPPER BODY DAYYY

This is a mainly back and bicep focused back day that anyone can do, but I also put some elements of shoulder and tricep aswell ^-^

This is awesome for those who cant drive to the gym or dont have enough time, ths takes me roughly 45min to 1 hour and i found some random weights + a stick laying around so you could easily do the same :000
