Added 2021-04-20 05:47:57 +0000 UTCTo this point The Mind Society is mostly a Visual Novel with branching paths but the plan is to begin introducing a free-roaming aspect starting with v 0.4.5 (which we'll probably just call v 0.5) as a mechanism to allow the player to revisit locations and enjoy re-playable scenes at leisure and prioritize which quest to complete first.
There is no denying that in our game as well as any similar game in this genre the free-roaming is inevitably more window dressing that anything else and the story do inevitably progress on a roughly linear path therefore the question. Do you:
