In the first issue of the Equalizer we had original characters that were obviously meant to be parodies of DC characters. If we have a sequel we plan to do the same; typically that would mean creating characters that while distinct from their inspiration retains enough traits both in look and personality for the reader to make the connection. In "Tower of Bongo" we would introduce the "Feline" our own spin on a catwoman-y character. We agree that it still look too much as its inspiration and there is still some work to be done to make her look more distinct but this is just a first draft
