Zombie Pirate Animatronic - Final Sneak Peak!

We ended up completely reworking the animatronic mechanism... Not because it didn't work, but because we wanted it to be smaller. We originally had him wearing a baggy white shirt that was meant to cover up all the pvc stuff in his waist. Turns out the shirt just didn't look good at all, but when we removed the shirt, suddenly the PVC was totally visible and ruined the look. Sooooo, we changed it up quite a bit to make it more compact and a bit lower so we could hide it all behind his pants and sash. He's very angry looking, probably because the rum is gone.
What do you think so far?
We've got a little more tinkering to do and some detail to add but I think it's almost there!

Looks great!! Kudos for all the effort and result!!! IF possible, a slightly slower speed or random speed would take it beyond great. 🙃
