My voice is still pretty shot (as you might hear if you listen closely) and I had to stop several times to cough, but I really wanted to make something for you guys this week since you've been so awesome while I rest and recover, so I had a little idea that blossomed into this audio. This was a originally intended to be a little 10 minute sleep aid but it just kept going and it felt right. I hope you enjoy!

Scenario: You've texted me, one of your closest friends, that you haven't been able to fall asleep for a couple of days. You've tried everything, but you can't seem to relax. I come over with a six pack (you only have a couple of sips, don't worry), help make you smile a little, tuck you in, and then do some breathing and mental relaxation exercises to help you fall asleep. The audio then ends with about 10 minutes of just me breathing deeply with you, and then fades out.
