I know most people don't have the money for a VR but it is an experience that must be tried and for those few who have a headset it would be a plus! as well as good for your support as you may increase the price for the VR versions. Interested people would be happy to spend.

The easy way to watch a Funscripted video is to use the app put out by SexLikeReal. It's designed to play (and be a storefront for) their own videos, but it also plays whatever you have in your library, and it integrates Funscript nicely.

As a comparison, back in the day they sold a shit-ton of Commodore 64 home computers for $600 ($1000 with a floppy drive). Accounting for inflation, that's like buying a $1500 (or $2600) computer nowadays. An Apple IIe with a color monitor, one floppy, and some software went for over $2000 - and that's the equivalent of a $5000 computer right now.

Basically, you get a piece of software called "OpenFunscripter" and encode the motions with it to make Funscript files that play along with the videos in some video players (flat or VR). I'm still working on it from time to time. I want to make it as good as the first one was when i psoted it, and a bit longer :3 so i usually end up taking breaks from it since i usually end up too saturated of working on the same thing :)

Oh and for those that don't know, I've converted 25 of Gifdoozers animations to VR and they have gotten lots of love. Top video (my 5th most popular out of a pool including about a dozen animators) being the Ruby one with 44k unique hits since it was posted Feb of last year.

I think VR experience similar to what is on pornhub would be great. It allows for normal steaming of videos and there is a VR option for the same video. You can tell it was shot with a 360 camera and the flat image is still alright.

The killer app for VR porn is a VR headset + a synched toy, like The Handy. You can have the motorized toy match the movements of the character onscreen with something called a "funscript" (yes, really). There's even a new scripting add-on for Funscript software that does a lot of the sync work automatically.

If you can manage to do it without spending too much time on it i think it'd be worth it. People easily dismiss it because they don't have it, but VR is extremely immersive, and if done well it makes the content that much better.

It might make more sense to partner with existing creators that use other animators files. DarkDreamsVR & HentaiVR are the two biggest off the top of my head.

Oculus VR headsets sold like crazy during lockdown its not niche anymore VR animations are the best you should try it, a headset is only $300 on Amazon prime. Also your comment is selfish.

Well, it would be an alternative. so i would render normal animations first and VR later, so the non VR will meet the same times as now but the VR versions would take a bit longer to get produces based on VR videos required resolution basically

Too niche. Don’t have the equipment and probably won’t ever get it anytime soon. If it would delay the release of animations I’d be a bit annoyed because a niche product was slowing down releases.
