New Update on things!

Alright, so here's an update on things!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yawg's Commission
At the moment I'm going full-time on Yawg's commission! I use that term loosely though- what I mean is that it's the only project I'm working on at the moment. Since work is on Yawg's commission, all other projects are on hold for now! RIght now I’m finishing Krystal’s main animation and then will do Renamons. Then I’ll need to give them idle animations as well. It’s a little bit still to do, but that happens when IRL things get in the way (a job has been found, more about it is below)
--------------------------------------------
The Time That Was
Before I shifted over to the commission, I was in the middle of re modeling the gym room for the house scene. The ceiling I had finished, but looked at it again and realized it wasn't contemporary enough! I scrapped it and re-designed the ceiling with a minimalist approach based on current designs you can find out here in the real world. I don't have a render of the ceiling in place, but here is what it kind of resembles:

It's the same idea with the overlapping panels and recessed lighting.
--------------------------------------------
Wallpaper Engine Animation
Alright, so this one hit a hard patch. There 3 ideas, now there is only 1. The 2 including Krystal were scrapped because:
- I didn't want to keep using the old Warfaremachine Krystal
- I am unable to port the new Warfaremachine Krystal over to 3DS Max
Because of these 2 things I scrapped those ideas. However, there is 1 still remaining that is, well, practically done. It's entirely animated, all of it. I can render it and put it through post production right now and get it to Wallpaper Engine. The reason I'm not is because... well... it's 10,000 frames. 10,000. 1 0 0 0 0! Do you know how long that would take on my rig? 3 weeks NONSTOP!
There's a solution! But it requires funds, which I will go into later! Anyway, the solution is the render farm I've been using for 3DS Max for a couple projects, Rebus Farm. I used the farm to render every scene in Path of Light back when I was actively working on it (my most intense scene it finished in 5 minutes)- I priced out all I payed and it cost me about $80 for rendering of every single scene in what was posted. Which, back then, was not even a dent for me since I had a good job.
Anyways, that project will be finished, like, really soon because of the fact that it's done and that... wait for it... I HAVE A JOB AGAIN!
--------------------------------------------
Renamon Loop Animation
I didn't put very much work into this one yet, because the commission came around. But, it's got its Zero Position and is ready for loop animating whenever I can get to it!
--------------------------------------------
So, I have 4 projects being worked on! The Time That Was, Yawg's Commission, The Renamon Loop, and the Wallpaper Engine animation.
--------------------------------------------
IRL
So, you guys might know that I am in a financial bind (hence why I took an emergency commission). This was because the job I had ended up laying me off for god knows whatever reason (there were PLENTY of other people that deserved to get laid off and not me *sad face*).
But! I had interviews stacked and I ended up landing a job at a place where my cousin is Director (and also where my other cousin works as well).
So yeah, I've got a job now, I start Saturday so everything will be better when that paycheck comes rolling around!
--------------------------------------------
TL;DR
I am working on:
- The Time That Was
- I am remodeling the ceiling cause it wasn’t contemporary enough
- Yawg's Commission
- It’s almost there, just need to do Krystal and Fox’s idle animation, and then animate Renamon
- Wallpaper Engine Animation (1 of them)
- It’s pretty much done but it’s expensive to render xc
- Renamon Loop
- It’s got its Zero Position so it’s ready to get animating done to it
I also got a job! Yay!

Congrats on the new gig, Silvarion! I hope it turns out to be everything you're hoping for and more!
