Possible Re-Design?

Yo! Alright so the last WIP I posted was for "The Time that Was" and it was of the main house model I was building for the environment.

Well, after foolishly building the damned thing wrong (I built from the outside in and as such was unable to accurately input an interior aspect) I started to brainstorm a more ideal scenario.

Originally the idea (in terms of story) was that the house would be small because of the fact that only Krystal lived within. The other members of the team having their own small residencies on the Star Fox Estate land. Since I messed up the current design I went back and browsed through almost hundreds of different, unique contemporary designs that you can find out here in the real world.

Now I've come up with my own design that retains the contemporary vibe (I associate the style with future technologies and aesthetics... considering the Star Fox world is highly advanced it makes sense) and also makes more sense just in general.

I've spent today constructing the building in 3DS Max and should have a WIP of it soon. I would post one now, but it's bare-bones without any details modeled in yet (so far only the basic shape and surrounding foundation has been made).

This design is a POSSIBLE one... I may very well stick with the one I had initially come up with.

I promise this animation, however long it takes me to finish, will be the best I can possibly get it.

This info hasn't been given to my other watchers on FA or Deviant Art, but I do plan on using actual character models for the animation. Since that will take quite some time, test animations will be done with basic skeletons as a way of showing off what the final piece will look like. BUT we're nowhere near that stage! :D
