Figure studies from real life
Added 2024-07-26 21:07:58 +0000 UTCWhen I get caught in a block, I just go out to a local cafe, and sketch people and animals on the street. Drawing real-life figures with loose brushstrokes really opens up your creative block - plus it's fun!
Practicing from life also makes my speculative art more realistic.

It definitely helps with drawing/posing.One of the most vivid I can remember is two girls, both asleep in chairs waiting at an airport, one sleeping on the other’s shoulder.
