Character Spritesheets done!

Auch! That's officially Jaakko and Veeti done then! And for those unfamiliar to the subject, this is what a sprite sheet looks like. Obviously not with a background like that since it's harder to clean up, ideally it'd be either transparent, or pure magenta, or something like that.


That's one major improvement so far! I still have a few graphical assets to make which I'll make over the weekend before actually transferring to the Unity Engine.

Good point about the jump animation, I'm really fidgety about what will happen when I actually need to make it work with the actual jumping control in the game. I'll take that into consideration and look at it later. If it starts bothering me too, I'll fix the one frame from there. x3 Hihi and yes, you're quite right about Jaakko there.

Ah great, sprites! I like the jumping animation, especially the way he sort of braces himself before jumping and the way his mouth closes in the middle, it feels quite natural. If there's one thing I'd have to say about it, though, it's that the landing feels a bit static to me, like you'd either expect him to bend his knees a bit further on impact or straighten up a bit more after. I wonder about Jaakko, just his expression alone makes you feel really sorry for him. Something to do with Veeti's objective, maybe?
