Another FANTASTIC choice from the backers, and one we had a blast creating! This one is actually slated to be a flashback page in the current Prelude story arc, so everything worked out sort of awesome.

We know what happened with her father, the story will come out at some point in the graphic novels and / or Prelude.

I imagine Vi was really close to her father, in hindsight it becomes sad as we know Vi ends up in the orphanage. Do we exactly know what happened to her father ? Or is it something we'll find out later in the main series ?

2025-06-25 23:57:01 +0000 UTCThis is adorable and super relatable! When I’m doing handy work stuff like this, I’m always imagining how it would be if we weren’t just boring humans. This nails it! Also the confusion of figuring out which tool to go with! There is an amazing disconnect between an experienced adult and a very young child who just doesn’t have even the most basic experience yet. Cause that’s what they are doing in that very moment I have more and more opportunities to ask my younger nephew to do a simple task and he just has no idea where to begin, as if he hasn’t even watched me do it. After he is finished the whole situation is worse than when he began. (For now, he’ll get it) but it’s hilarious to watch. (Also for now, if it’s this bad later on, something went very wrong lol) Vi is smart though, she’s thinking through it.
