Why do you simply announce the winners rather than show us the video as they are selected randomly? You could still notify the winners in advance of posting the winner's video. I think it would be nice to leave more suspense to see the actual selection taking place. In other words, why ruin the surprise by telling us who won rather than let us see it for ourselves? Perhaps try it and see what people think? Again, not be critical of your method, but I think you are shorting the fun factor and the possibility of more YouTube video time. Anyway, just a thought and I love what you do for us. Thank you.
