Can you elaborate on your experience with it? Are you getting more stuttering or quality degradation than you expected? And what do you mean by "all the other stuff"? Thanks

Don’t get me started about all the other stuff! Piece of junk . Only thing that is a wow ,is the picture! But If I cannot fly behind me with a house or two between me. Or just to the top of the Ridge in my neighborhood with some trees.What good is the picture quality.

In the end, the Air Unit consists of a camera interface and a radio interface. I believe that video and control share the same radio interface. So I don't think removing control would make any difference.

Just give us 2 different boards with stack mounting holes. I don't remember... These have a video in right? That would be perfect to plug a dock king w/ RF on it into. I think I'll wait for a while and see if they come out with either a smaller or split module.

These miss the social aspect, and when I am at the field, I like to watch others fly because I learn from it. Do I want the DJI yes, will it benefit me, probably the opposite, especially until I get better, assuming that day comes.

2019-09-12 21:53:13 +0000 UTCTotally agree. It was able to fly everywhere I fly without issue on 25mw. What was really remarkable was when I just stuck even cheap patch antenna on the goggles. 25mw with patches was ALMOST as good as 700mw. It’s really remarkable when you see all three of them together in the video. The one thing I don’t care for is how it drops frames in the DVR. I know exactly what you mean but when you said you felt uncomfortable flying it since it was getting bad on 25mw, we can’t really see it in the recording. I didn’t see it “speeding up” a lot in your video but the DVR makes it look better than it is. After flying this it’s just so hard to go back to analog.
