Seems like other than the 2.7k video the gopro looked like the winner. But that 2.7k video on the box looked better to me, colorwise. Ultimately it comes down to this though. Gopro has had more time and popularity to allow for 3rd party products/support and I can go to bestbuy and get one with insurance to exchange if damaged. Maybe with time the box gets there, but for right now if I have some issue, I know there is a solution with gopro, I can't guarantee that with the box.

Bruce from UBAD said that the design patent focused on the power button. The Box power button is on the side, not the top. Also, the Box has a separate power and record button. Maybe that's it?

So how is it that the Runcam 3 is too much like a Session but this isnt?

There is some advantage to the split screen but also some disadvantage. With split screen, if the left half of the screen is dark and the right half is light, then the side-by-side split screen isn't a fair comparison. I tried to switch cameras during times when I felt the comparison between them would be particularly instructional.

I had watched a review on this by AndyRC yesterday. It was very helpful with the screen being split and the GoPro and Box video side by side. In your video I was favoring the GoPro arround your house, but out at the field the Box was my favorite almost all of the time.

I prefer the colors of the box. The gopro just looks too warm to my tastes.
