It is a karaoke song; the one you play in the game is shorter. This is the complete version. And yeah, this is definitely a new City Pop banger. As for great city pop, "Plastic Love" by Mariya Takeuchi is the perennial epitome of the genre, and one of the songs that helped it explode in popularity and make a comeback. Another classic is Miki Matsubara - Stay With Me, and of course 4am by Taeko Ohnuki These songs were all from the late 1970s to mid 1980s and was basically about living in the city during the economic boom in Japan.
