Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is a game in the same kind of genre as Baldur's Gate 3, namely a CRPG. You take up the role as the commander of the fifth crusade, the latest of campaigns in an ongoing war against a Demon invasion of the mortal realm. As you progress through the game, you transform from a mere mortal into a mythical being of immense power in order to put an end to this war. The second theme, Mythic Power, plays whenever you reach a new stage in this transformation, signifying the rise of epic proportions that you now embody. The form of this mythic power has a total of eleven ways of expressing itself, ranging from forces of good, like Angels and Dragons, to pure evil, like Devils and Demons. The first theme, The Cosmic Balance, is the theme that plays for the path of the arbiters of Order itself, the Aeons. Aeons are timeless entities that ensure that everything in existence has their proper place and nothing intrudes on another's domain, such as the Demons invading the mortal realm.
