Well, because i own the first Gran Turismo myself i also loved the intro theme. did some digging on the Song. It is called "everything must go" and the version of Gran Turismo's intro is different from the full song by the chemical brothers. Well, it was called "everything must go (chemical Brothers mix)" and i thought "Hey... Mix means its not the original version? maybe?" And then when i looked for "everything must go" i found a song by the same name from the Manic Street Preachers. And THAT is the original. So, in summary, Gran Turismo's intro has a remix of a remix of a song by the manic street preachers.

The second version gives me Castlvania vibes in the beginning followed by getting my face shredded with an electric guitar, organ and keyboard. And my god the drums on both of them...
