So this song is played during the chase to the boss who has changed the world to make it a peaceful place where everyone gets what they want, including the protagonist, and this is simply them fighting for the belief to return to the world with that gave all the cruel hardship they endure because they learn the value of being able to wear one's own scars with the lessons they learned from it.
