You always know exactly the right descriptive phrases. "limited on purpose" "very technical but also a throwback" and especially "genius", are PERFECT descriptions of Undertale and Toby in general. Also the game isn't long and it's so classic at this point it's almost required reading for RPG gaming these days... which is my way of saying if you get a free moment someday to knock out a game on stream this one comes *highly* recommended. Don't look up what it's about, just hit it blind.
