Well, funny story about them. A very early version of Indy is in Volume 1 in the legging combination clothing. Ravat is watching her in the marketplace scene that Mace walks in. When planning the characters for their appearance in Volume 2, we had to keep the clothing the same, but based on the angle of the face, you'll notice her nose is much longer and the colors are different. The drawing above is their redesign for Volume 2, and the clothing is simply to highlight their fun pattern yet keep an appropriate rating. So basically, leggings can be too covering sometimes.

2020-10-18 01:21:23 +0000 UTCI suppose the only thing that I'm wondering about is why they aren't wearing their original loincloth / legging combination. Or is that not their favored style?
