Brainstorming - Themes - August

Make region specific food. Different region has very specific foods and they are very different. I can concentrate on one region ( my own region to start with - Eastern and Coastal) or superficially cover all the regions
Fusion Indian food - I absolutely love this in real
Indian Buffet with snacks, appetizers, popular foods /Tiffin style presentation
Based on appliances like maybe Roti maker or Dosa Maker . (Will do a Tandoor grill later as it will be kind of big undertaking and cannot be done in a month)
Maybe make a functional Spice Box. Spice is something we cant live without...not hot chilis ( which I actually avoid a bit in real) but actual flavourful spices like nutmeg, turmeric, clove, cinnamon, black pepper etc

I love it!!! I would definitely like more Indian food, I feel like I hardly see Indian cuisine in custom content :)
