Stuff for December

I have plans for a Christmas/Winter cookie display with a small collection of cookies. other than that I have some ideas -
- Food from ASEAN/South East Asian countires
- (Seasonal) Desserts
- Seasonal Food ?
What are your ideas ? What type of food do you want which falls under the above themes ?
[P.S. - the Chocolate and candy maker I posted is kind of a long term project because I want to make a good assortment of chocolates]
Also in December, I may post some of the things as I am done instead of uploading everything all at once! So I may not post a regular schedule pic.
