Update 25.11.2022 - Fixed the soup in the restaurant menu
This mod adds 12 new soups to the soupmaker and the Fridge/Stove
The new soups added are -
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Chicken Sweet Corn Soup
- Chicken Wild Rice Soup
- Chicken Wonton Soup
- Chickepea Soup
- Ham and Corn Chowder
- Red Chicken Curry Soup
- Green Chicken Curry Soup ( Thai Green)
- Roasted Pepper Soup
- Sausage and Bean Soup
- Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Soup
- Turnip Soup
How the Soups can be accessed -
1. SoupMaker -
- Single Bowls and Multi Servings ( 3 single servings) can be made from a recipe picker menu
- 4 new veggie soups available from - Make Veggie Soup ( 3 single servings) & Make Bowl of veggie Soup ( single serving)
- 8 new Meat based soups - Make Non-Veg Soup ( 3 single servings) & Make Bowl of Non-Veg Soup ( single serving)
2. Fridge/Stove -
Requires Custom Food Interactions_Latestversion ( updated on 11.11.22)
- Also accesible through Custom Food Objects - Alternate Link
- Serving :Single, Medium, Large Serving Option
- Optional Ingredient : See Table
Recipes can still be cooked if the sim does not have the required ingredients. Custom ingrediets are optional.
- Cooking skill (Homestyle) needed -See table
- Menu : Available from Custom Cook Menu on Fridge, Stove, (from Custom Food Interactions).
- Restaurant : Compatible with Dine Out. Appears in the restaurant menu under Main Meal Menu.

I had reports of this but the issue was outdated/old files for the other soupmaker stuff. I updated this package a few days after the initial upload for the restaurant menu crash. Can you ping me on discord #issues channel..i will give you my own files for the soups

2023-06-11 19:39:23 +0000 UTCKind of an odd thing, but this particular package makes the game crash when I try to edit the main course of my restaraunt menu. I don't know why but it's definitely the culprit. I try to open the main course tab and bam crashes the game.

2022-11-24 05:29:45 +0000 UTCHi, I tried adding the soup maker 2 but whenever I edit the main course menus for my restaurants the game crashes. I did updated soup base and soup maker 1 and it seems fine, unless I'm not doing something right?

I always plays huge family with fosterkids mod from littlemssam and they always work in the garden and enjoy familylife. (Wish you a lovely autumn with family and friends). Thank you again for making sims so interesting for adult players. The seed, planting, harvest, skills to make food from around the world and the process from learning by reading books and then make preserves - like I did with grandmother in real life as a girl is The Reason I play sims. I guess I have a load to download after so long time off and look forward to it. For us 50+ and with health issues after illness, a game of icemunmun sims play or reading books are all I can manage with my fatigue and pain issues, other days I enjoy my own garden though my husband does the work. Loved the piece in New York Times. You are such a positive energy with down to earth attitude to life. Your photo on blog shows approximately same age as my daughters. I wish peace and good life for anyone of you whom read this. With best wishes, hugs

2022-11-21 04:30:11 +0000 UTCHi there, when I click "Make Veggie Soup" from the soupmaker it pauses my game and never goes to the cooking menu. I have to force quit in order to retrieve my game. Making a single serving of veggie soup is fine. What should I do? All my files are the most recent versions. :(
