Request and suggestion post - July and August

Apart from that i was thinking of doing something around the theme of Beach Cocktails, sea food and chilled desserts. I got so many wonderful suggestions about chilled desserts!
Let me know what Summer beach cocktails and seafood you want!
Any other ideas about other themes ?
