Basically yes, it can get uncomfortable if he's wearing something tight, but it's doable.

2018-09-24 19:44:07 +0000 UTCFlying squirrels have a bone in their wrists that they use to stretch their membrane tight during a glide, but when they aren't using it, it behaves kind of like a bunch of floppy extra skin. He generally gets by with baggy clothes when he needs to dress properly.
