Use for promotion of assets made for the Lil Dergi is allowed.
• Vivi reserves the rights to the model for use in gaming, advertising, and applications, as well as any other commercial uses.
• Redistribution of Vivi's Lil Dergi avatar base is prohibited.
• Reselling and promoting Vivi's Lil Dergi and its assets is prohibited.
• Reselling modified versions of Vivi's Lil Dergi and its assets is prohibited without explicit permission from Vivi.
• Vivi's Lil Dergi is prohibited from use for AI generation or AI learning under any circumstances.

Allowed:

• Vivi's Lil Dergimodel and associated assets may be used for personal use, including as a Vtuber avatar, or for personal nonprofit projects.
• Texture and asset modification commissions are allowed if both parties own legal copies of Vivi's Lil Dergi avatar package.
• Public avatars are allowed as long as credit is included in the description.
• Create and sell assets or customized textures for Vivi's Lil Dergi base on gumroad or other sites as long as the files do not contain any original files.
• Vivi's Lil Dergi is allowed for pose and anatomical reference for 2d artists.
