"Photoshop Document." It means the art file, with all the layers included, so people can see how the colors were done and stuff.

I haven't looked at Vivid's psd files but I'm sure that that they do come with all that. As that is the only reason I can think of supplying a psd file instead of a jpg, png, or tiff file.
