You may remember seeing him tin the Sentinels chewing out Exedore for the amount of Earth's firepower the REF was taking with them to Tirol. He's an interesting character in the novels, which show his rise to power. He also likes to get spanked by a Zentradi dominatrix.

I'm sure other folks are like me and watching outside of a streaming platform, where the arcs are often numbered as separate seasons.
