Olivia crit her persuasion roll when she asked for that water at the beginning! I remember how frustrated I was back in the day with these kind of episodes, because of the half answers we're getting! Like Loebb starts to talk and they just let him say all these things without asking to expand on it. That's so J.J. Abrams. If this was Delta Green and I were the interrogator in this room I'll be squeezing him for the last piece of information he's got lol. It's been so long since I watched this show so I don't remember this storyline, but I think Harris is this kind of character we're really supposed to hate at first sight, so they go hard with the sexual charges and awful behaviour. And this is exactly why I think they make him horrendous right away so that in a later episode we and Olivia don't trust him at a time it'd be best to, or something like this. Like we think the charges were dropped because he has connections, etc, but he'll actually be innocent and he's just on a revenge against Olivia. And then we'll side with the actual traitor agaisnt him or something like that. Another great reaction. I'm really glad this made me rewatch this show. It's been so long and I'm not sure I would have started a rewatch on my own. See you on the next one, beratna!

It's possible Loeb believes whatever Jones is telling him and thinks he's doing the right thing. And just to clarify it's been years since I've watched this so I don't remember a bunch of details. He also went from apparently "saving" Olivia to having to kill her... If he was truthful, whose hands is he trying to keep Olivia out of?? Funny, as soon as you mentioned probably missing the Observer, cut to the wide shot of Harvard when Olivia is picking up Peter and Walter. He's walking down the sidewalk. I wouldn't have known it was him if I didn't peek on the wiki xD (Sometimes he's in his hat and coat)
