2024-07-20 01:06:01 +0000 UTC100%. And it's the scene that makes me really glad that the show chose to make the characters be at odds with each other in Season 1. I know book-readers sometimes wish that the crew were all cool with each other from the jump like in the books, but personally (and even as a book-reader) I find the journey from where they were in the pilot to where they are now (and beyond) to be much more satisfying.

2024-07-19 20:55:13 +0000 UTCThe conversation between Jim and Amos in the infirmary was solid gold and it was very touching to see Amos extending himself to help Jim that way. Yet it also had me giggling with glee at the incongruity of this totally different side to Amos than we've seen before. It was such a delightfully unique juxtaposition for the two of them, which the actors pulled off so well, that the joy of seeing it play out was heartwarming yet so deliciously amusing at the same time somehow. This show never stops surprising me and I've seen it more times than I can count. Your reactions make it so much more enjoyable, the ones I expect and then the ones that always surprise me! Have I missed Case Study #3 or are you still working on it? Love those!

This is probably the point where I felt like a true participant in the show. No other show has ever led me to be so involved so that we could get more deserved content! So much fun to come!!
