2024-07-21 19:08:05 +0000 UTCFYI - Not sure how far ahead you are in your watching as opposed to posting, but a lot of people recommend watching the "Enemy" music video in between episodes 6 and episodes 7. Not a big deal if you don't. The music video doesn't have any spoilers, but it is animated in the style of the show and shows additional footage of the old gang as kids.

The technical side of show is so tight- focus pulls and lighting, camera shakes, the list of insane details... This is s tier stuff, totally fresh take. I can't wait to watch season 2 with you!

2024-07-12 23:41:51 +0000 UTCExcellent point, my friend! Viktor/Jayce is the dynamic I've been stuck on. I'd love to have more info on Viktor but I'm starting to worry he's just there to act as a catalyst for Jayce. I have a ton of faith in this creative team though.

Obviously, there are a lot of duos among the characters: the two sisters (Vi/Jinx), the two scientist (Jayce/Viktor), the two undercity bosses (Vander/Silco), etc. But they also mirror relationships. Father/Daughters with Vander/Vi and Silco/Jinx, Undercity/Topside collusion with Vander/Grayson and Silco/Marcus, etc. And of course the ultimate duality is shown in the city itself with Piltover and Zaun. This barely scratches the surface and many more duos will emerge as the season continues.
